Overview

The main goal of this project was to build a website that reflects InsureMed’s professionalism and trust, while also making it easy for users to navigate and find what they need. I wanted to create an experience that feels clean and accessible, whether you’re on a desktop or mobile. The website had to showcase InsureMed’s services in a straightforward way, with clear pricing and contact information. Another big part of the project was updating the brand’s identity—designing a fresh logo and making sure the site felt cohesive and aligned with their focus on reliability and customer service.

Goals

This project is part of my freelance work where I was tasked with designing the website and logo for InsureMed, an insurance company. The goal was to create a professional, accessible website that communicated the company’s values and services clearly while boosting user trust. I worked directly with the client to craft a modern design that would engage both current and potential clients, ensuring it reflected the company's core mission and made it easy for users to navigate and access their insurance services online.

The problem

InsureMed’s website wasn’t making the right impression—it was clunky, outdated, and difficult for users to navigate. Visitors struggled to find key information like service details, pricing, and contact options, which made it hard for them to engage with the business. The website lacked cohesion and didn’t reflect the professionalism that the brand wanted to portray. The original design didn’t prioritize accessibility either, with an unclear navigation system and no optimization for mobile use. Ultimately, the website wasn’t serving its purpose of attracting and retaining customers.

The solution

I addressed the core issues by creating a more intuitive user interface, simplifying the content hierarchy, and making navigation effortless. The homepage now highlights key services and includes call-to-action buttons that lead users directly to the information they’re looking for. I also made sure that the site was fully responsive across devices and easy to interact with, whether on a desktop or mobile phone. The updated logo and modern branding elements give the company a fresh, trustworthy look that matches the level of professionalism they offer in their services.

Key features

The redesigned website has a sleek and modern aesthetic that’s easy on the eyes, with a focus on simple navigation. I introduced a clear and intuitive layout, ensuring users could quickly find information about services and pricing. I also made sure that all important information was easily accessible through a well-organized structure and added a responsive design for a smooth mobile experience. To help elevate the brand’s presence, I updated the logo and aligned it with a more polished color palette.
